A well-equipped newly built house with its own yard and terrace is available for SHORT or LONG-TERM rent.

Great location, convenient access - Liepai street and Arimu street, 10 min. to Klaipėda city center. By car to the "Rimi" shopping center (3 minutes), there is a cafe, bar, market, hairdresser near the store.

Up to 5 people can stay there for business or leisure purposes. Next to it there is a sports field for padel (working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

Prices:

  • SHORT TERM Rent from 45 EUR/day.
  • LONG-TERM rent from 850 EUR/month.

The house is equipped with:

  • Furniture and household appliances: TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, hair dryer, electric kettle, stove.
  • Dishes and kitchen essentials.
  • Wi Fi wireless internet.
  • Parking space (free of charge).

Rules:

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • We reserve with advance payment.
  • We do not rent for parties or minors!

  • Only specified persons live in the apartments. Accomodation of persons by outsiders is punishable.
  • The apartments are non-smoking.
  • Failure to comply with the rules will result in a fine of €200.
  • Arrival and departure times are combined (departure before 11:00, * arrival from 14:00).
