Homestead "Laukdvaris" offers apartments for recreation, banquet halls for weddings, banquets, seminars.

1 hectare homestead is located in a unique place on the bank of the river Sventoji and surrounded by a picturesque forest near the Latvian border. About 8 km from the seaside resort Sventoji and the beach of the Baltic Sea.

The homestead is adapted both for family recreation and accommodation of large groups, also celebrations for up to 60 people.

Guest house and banquet hall are in the separate buildings.

For your weddings, birthdays, christenings, company celebrations, seminars:

  • 60-seat hall with a fireplace;
  • 20-seat small hall.

For your vacation - guest house within:

  • 7 two-three bedroom apartments;
  • Triple, quadruple classic-style apartments;
  • Standard apartments for 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 persons;
  • Quadruple apartment with a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet, balcony;
  • Each apartment has: individual bathroom and toilet, TV, bed linen and towels;

  • Hall rental price - negotiable, depending on season, number of people, on-demand services;
  • All the homestead rental price - negotiable, depending on season, number of people, on-demand services;
  • Festive dishes - by prior arrangement.
