The houses have a mini-kitchenette, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishes, iron, hair dryer, TV, wireless internet WI-FI. The house itself has a shower, WC. The yard is closed. Barbecue, skewers, grill. Parking space. The nearest shop is 200 meters away. The center is 2-5 minutes walk. Also, the Šventoji River flows here, so amateur fishermen with their significant other are invited to have a good time with or without a fishing rod.

The apartment is on the fourth floor. There is a parking lot in the yard, a mini children's playground, and a grocery store. It is about 800-900 meters to the sea, a 7-10 minute walk to the center.

The following rules apply in the cottages and apartment:
Quiet time from 11 pm to 7 am
From 10 pm, only registered residents may be in the cottages and apartment;
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages and apartment;
Keep the cottages and apartment clean and tidy;
For your own safety, do not leave windows and doors open when leaving.
Information for the holidaymaker:
- On the day of arrival, we accept holidaymakers from 1 pm to 2 pm;
- When arriving from 6 pm and later, you inform the tenant;
- On the day of departure, the cottage and apartment are vacated by 11 am;
- Please discuss pets with the tenant in advance;
- Towels and bed linen are not included in the rental price of the cottages and apartment;
- Price of bed linen set - 5 EUR, towels - 1.50 EUR
- The remaining amount of money is paid on the first day of arrival for the entire period;
- In case of cancellation of the order, change of circumstances, no-show, the advance payment is not refunded;
- For those who leave the previously booked period voluntarily, the money paid is not refunded;
- "Pillow" fee: 2 EUR per person per day (for children under 18 years of age the fee is not charged)
