Jūros terasos - a recreation complex in Šventoji, where you will find 16 cozy cottages and 8 spacious apartments. Located in a quiet place, on the banks of the Šventoji River, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, it invites you to enjoy the peace of nature and cozy relaxation.

Cottages
- Twelve 2-room cottages and four 1-room arched cottages on the banks of the Šventoji River;
- 2-room cottages are suitable for 4 people, there is a possibility of adding an extra bed;
- Bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, table and chairs;
- 1-room arched cottage is suitable for 2-3 people. It has a double bed and a sofa;
- All cottages have a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, dishes and cutlery;
- All cottages have a bathroom with a shower, sink and WC, cold and hot water.
Terrace
- Each cottage has a terrace with outdoor furniture.
Apartments
- Various sizes, with one or two bedrooms. They are equipped with a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom. A cozy terrace or balcony will allow you to enjoy quiet evenings.
Rental price for cottages and apartments
50-100 EUR (price depends on the season and length of stay).
Arrival and departure time
- Arrival time - 3 pm. Departure time - 12 noon, handing over the keys to the responsible person.
Accommodation rules in Jūros Terraces holiday cottages
- The provider of the Jūros Terraces holiday cottages accommodation service (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) undertakes to provide accommodation services to the customer and guests arriving with him (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) in the holiday cottage for the period specified in the reservation and guarantees that the furniture and appliances in the holiday cottage are suitable for use for their intended purpose. The Service Provider checks the condition and operation of the furniture and appliances in the holiday home with the Customer, signing a written confirmation;
- Upon arrival at the holiday home, the Customer fills out the registration form based on the data of a valid personal identification document (passport, personal identification card), indicating the name, surname, place of residence, name and number of the personal identification document, dates of arrival and departure, and signs it. The Service Provider may ask the Customer to provide an identification document;
- The holiday home reservation is guaranteed only upon receipt of an advance payment of the price of one night. If the Customer cancels the holiday home reservation, the advance payment is non-refundable. The full price of the accommodation service in the holiday home is paid in cash on the day of the Customer's arrival at the holiday home. If the Customer leaves earlier than planned in the reservation, that is, if he does not stay for the entire time, the money for the time not spent is not refunded;
- Arrival time – from 15.00, departure time – until 12.00;
- Smoking, bringing in and/or using narcotic and/or psychotropic substances are strictly prohibited in the holiday homes;
- The Customer must maintain cleanliness and order in the Jūros terasas holiday home complex;
- It is prohibited to destroy, break or otherwise damage the property in the holiday homes, use it for purposes other than its intended purpose, and rearrange furniture in the holiday homes. Any damage caused to the Jūros terasas holiday home complex shall be compensated by the Customer in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts in force in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania;
- The Customer, having noticed malfunctions of the devices in the holiday home, shall immediately inform the Service Provider about these malfunctions;
- Vehicles may only be parked in the place specified by the Service Provider;
- Bringing pets is prohibited;
- No more people may enter and/or stay in the holiday homes than indicated in the holiday home reservation;
- Loud music is not welcome. The Client must not exceed the noise level permitted by hygiene standards;
- The Client must be quiet from 23:00 to 7:00;
- A bonfire can only be built in the bonfire area specified by the Service Provider. It is forbidden to leave a fire unattended. Firewood should be placed only in designated areas, away from open fire;
- The Client is responsible for all accidents that may occur in the territory of the Jūros terasas holiday cottages complex (inside and outside the cottage), as well as when swimming in the river, and their consequences;
- If the Client substantially violates the rules of accommodation in the Jūros terasas holiday cottages, the Service Provider has the right to terminate the accommodation service contract in the holiday cottage at any time and evict the Client without returning the amount paid for the accommodation service in the holiday cottage;
- The Client must comply with the rules of accommodation in the Jūros terasas holiday cottages. A cabin reservation (booking accommodation services at the Sea Terraces holiday cabin) is a confirmation that the Customer has familiarized himself with the rules of accommodation at the Sea Terraces holiday cabins and the consequences of their non-compliance.
