Rest by the sea, rest in Šventoji, cottages for rent.
Wooden cottages with all amenities, located near the central part of the resort, on Gubojų Street, in a closed and cozy place. The cottages can accommodate up to 4 people.
The cottages have all amenities:
- shower, toilet, sink, cold/hot water;
- TV, Wi-Fi;
- one double and two single / or two double beds;
- mini kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, kettle, cooking and eating utensils;
- air conditioning;
- terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue.
Well-maintained environment. Closed territory for the safety of children and everyone, monitored by video cameras.
The territory is equipped with a children's playground, there is a trampoline.
Free parking in a fenced area.
Distances:
- to the sea - 800 meters or 12 minutes on foot;
- to the Šventoji stream - 100 meters;
- to the city center ("IKI" store, bus station, Old Šventoji market) - 3 minutes away, to the central Kopų street - 5 minutes.
Prices:
- The daily rental price of the cottages is 70-90 EUR, depending on the period and the number of people.
- Local fees for using the public infrastructure of the Palanga resort "Pillow tax" per person per night - 1 EUR. The fee is not charged for children under 18 years of age.
Additional services:
- The rental price of a white bed linen set is 5 EUR.
- The rental price of a towel set is 3 EUR.
- A bundle of firewood for barbecue - 5 EUR.
Reservation and payment terms:
- The cottages are reserved in advance. An advance payment is transferred in advance to the specified account - 50 percent. for the weekend, 30 percent for a longer period.
- Advance payment is made within 24 hours from the date of booking.
- When transferring the advance, indicate the arrival and departure dates and your contact phone number in the payment purpose line. The days you specify in the transfer will be reserved. The received payment will be confirmed by SMS or e-mail.
- Upon arrival, the entire vacation is paid for immediately.
- If the vacation time is shortened, the money is not refunded.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show, the advance payment is not refunded.
- All payments are made in cash (in euros), bank cards are not accepted.
- Prices may vary and depend on the number of people, the duration of the vacation and holidays.
Other information:
- Vacationers are accepted and registered from 2 p.m., checked out and departure by 12 a.m.;
- If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., you must inform the host;
- If no notification is made and no arrival is made by 10 p.m., the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be made;
- The quiet time of the holiday park is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.;
- From 10 p.m., only registered residents may be in the cottages;
- If damage is caused to the holiday home or cottage, or to the territory, the owner must be notified and compensated;
- Upon departure, the keys must be returned to the owner;
- Noisy companies are not welcome
- We do not accommodate pets.
