We offer you nine separate cottages with all the amenities and a yard where you can relax, cook your favorite dish or simply have a fun evening and enjoy the beautiful, cozy environment.
We hope to provide you with quality rest so that you return from the seaside house full of strength and pleasant moments.
General description of the cottage:

Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available in the homestead.
Distance to the sea: about 700 m.

Departure: until 11 a.m.

In July and August, advance reservations are not available only on weekends.
Prices may vary due to the number of people, length of stay and public holidays;
The rental price of the cottage does not include bedding;
A set of bedding per person - 4 EUR;
Towels are not rented.
The "pillow tax" (municipal tax for using the public infrastructure of the Palanga resort) is not included in the rental price. 2 EUR per person per day. The fee is not charged for children under 18 years of age.

Payment in cash and by bank transfer (advance payment);
Reservation is made by transferring an advance payment of the agreed amount on the day of booking;
The remaining amount of money for the reserved cottage is paid on the first day of arrival for the entire booked period;
Indicate the arrival and departure dates, the number of arriving persons and the contact telephone number in the order.
In case of cancellation of the order, change of circumstances, or non-arrival, the advance payment is not refundable;
For those who leave earlier than the booked period on their own initiative, the money paid is not refundable;

NOTE:
If more people arrive than agreed, if vacationers, without coordinating with the hosts, bring their pets, or change the discussed vacation conditions, the hosts reserve the right to review the previously agreed prices or refuse to accommodate.
In order to avoid losses that may arise due to inappropriate behavior of vacationers, hosts may request an advance payment of a damage compensation fee, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is caused.
