At least a couple of vacation days spent near the seaside – this has already become almost an obligation for many people. It is so wonderful to observe the golden sea-banks bathing in the sun under the cerulean summer sky, swashed by blue sea waters. Even the rainy sky has certain magic here. All these things create an extraordinary blissful world you can become a part of while staying at our holiday home IEVA.
Economy class holiday home IEVA is situated in the area near the sea (600 m), but further away from Sventoji town centre, so our guests can enjoy the surrounding tranquility. Osupis bicycle trail, which connects Sventoji and Palanga and which reaches even Klaipeda city, is just around the corner.
There are 38 rooms located in the three-storey building. Rooms on the second and third floor have balconies decorated with live flowers blooming all summer long. However, rooms on the first floor have terraces, perfect for drinking your morning coffee or watching a radiant sunset.

We offer a variety of accommodation choices: due to various comfort levels of our rooms you will be able to select a comfortable one for a reasonable price.
1. Rooms for two, three or four persons with an entryway, a bathroom, a shower, a refrigerator, a teakettle and a TV set. Space: 19 m2.
2. Block of rooms. Two rooms with a TV set, an entryway, a bathroom, a shower, a refrigerator and a teakettle. Two rooms can be accommodated by two families. Space: 34 m2.
3. Double suites – a living room and a bedroom. Space: 30-36m2.

Information
- On the arrival day the guests are welcomed from 1 p.m.
- On the departure day the room must be vacated at 11 a.m.
- Please make your reservations in advance.
- Please observe silence at the villa during the hours from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- You should arrive at the holiday home until 3 p.m., i. e. a reserved room will be held only until 3 p.m., and the reservation will be cancelled afterwards. If you plan to arrive after 3 p.m., we kindly ask you to call and inform us about your arrival time. We will be glad to hear from you, even though you are not coming.
