In Šventoji, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, in the courtyard of a private house, there is a cottage for relaxation

WE ARE WAITING FOR GUESTS who come to relax by the Baltic Sea. Those who love the nature of the Lithuanian resort, the weather, which changes three times a day. Those who love a quiet and orderly rest.
A comfortably furnished, four-person cottage with all the amenities - everything you need for your comfortable rest.
Minimalism and natural colors harmoniously prevail in the cottage.

It has:

  • Bedroom (double bed 160 cm wide, smart TV, wardrobe for things, clothes).
  • Second room / mini-living room, which has a sleeping corner (140 cm wide).
  • MINI kitchen area is connected to the mini-living room.
  • In the kitchen you will find all the necessary tools for cooking, an electric kettle, a two-hole gas built-in hob, a small refrigerator (without a freezer). Cleaning products, garbage bags are provided.
  • Bathroom (shower, WC), universal shower gel, liquid hand soap.
  • Large 18 sq.m. terrace / outdoor furniture, rocking chair. MINI / PRIVATE courtyard with a grill area only for guests of this house.
  • View of the garden, flower bed. Beautiful, pleasant plant company while sitting on the terrace.

Additional information:

  • Accommodation from 2 to 4 people. The rental price depends on the number of people.
  • Single bed linen / 140-count.
  • One-time rental price of a set of bed linen - 4 EUR. You can have your own.
  • Parking space, next to the house.

Internal accommodation rules:

  • The accommodation provider undertakes to provide accommodation services to the tenant and guests arriving with him/her for the period specified/agreed upon in the reservation.
  • The reservation of the holiday home is guaranteed only upon receipt of an advance payment.
  • If the tenant cancels the reservation/does not arrive or leaves early, does not stay for the entire period, the advance payment/the entire amount paid for the rental is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The person making the reservation must be of legal age.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the house (cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, etc.).
  • The barbecue is only allowed in the designated area. We would like you to use charcoal. Please provide your own charcoal.
  • Leaving a fire unattended and pouring hot ashes into a waste container is prohibited.
  • Electric vehicles and bicycles cannot be stored indoors.
  • Electric vehicles (scooters) are only charged outdoors/on the terrace.
  • Charging electric cars is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to accommodate a larger number of people in the premises of the cottage than planned at the time of booking.
  • The tenant must maintain order in the premises and on the terrace. Do not damage the property and the environment, do not use the property in the cottage for purposes other than its intended purpose.
  • Any damage caused to the cottage and the property in it is compensated by the tenant in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws.
  • Loud music, noise is not allowed.
  • If necessary (too noisy, inadequate behavior, tenant or his guests), the service provider may ask for a deposit, which will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is caused.
  • A visit with a pet is possible. By prior arrangement. The pet's weight is up to 10 kg.
  • The owner assumes responsibility for bringing a healthy, non-aggressive, socialized animal.
  • The owner must collect the pet's excrement (feces).
  • If you arrive with a pet without prior agreement with the service provider, the accommodation service will be refused without refunding the advance payment.
  • The pet owner is responsible for his pet, undertakes to comply with the rules and compensate for the damage caused.
  • If the tenant violates the accommodation rules, the service provider has the right, at any time, to terminate the contract / agreement and evict, without returning the amount paid for the rent.
  • IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGES, PLEASE REPORT IT. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
  • The reservation of the cottage (recreational cottage ''Gilė'' order) is a confirmation that the customer has read and agrees to the accommodation regulations.
  • Independent stay is possible (all information is provided by calling the specified phone number)

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the amount for one night. The advance payment is transferred to the account;
