A cosy holiday apartment with a view over the Curonian Lagoon. Designed for a comfortable family stay and will also be perfect for couples or a small group of friends.

"Nida Home by Z-EDA" is more than a summer holiday home - it is a place where you are welcome all year round!

THE SPACE

70 square meters’, 2-floor apartment with an impressive 24 square meters terrace with a view over the Curonian Lagoon are suitable for 4-6 persons (adults). Additional sleeping place in the attic can be arranged for a child/teenager and a cot can be used for the baby without additional charge.

There is a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, closet, and a balcony on the first floor of the apartment. On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, separate bathroom and access to the stunning terrace.

AMENITIES

The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay.

Each floor is equipped with air conditioner.
In the kitchen you can make yourself at home and use the following: dishes, cutlery, spices, Nespresso coffee machine and Bialetti Moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and a freezer. Also, there is a water filter in the kitchen, so you will be able to drink clean and delicious filtered water.

Washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryers (1 in each bathroom).
Go3 television and high-speed “Bitė” internet connection.
Spits and grills for cooking the food in the yard barbecue (shared place).
Private car parking in the yard.
During the cold season, you will be able to use the fireplace and electric heaters.
ULTRA AMENITIES

A steam room, swimming pool and a hot tub can be used during your stay without additional fee. These amenities can be accessed during the guest hours:

During the season: daily from 2pm to 6pm
Off season: Fridays-Sundays from 2pm to 6pm
For tennis fans there is a tennis court in the yard! Tennis court is available daily from 9 a till 9pm. Reservation and additional fee to be applied.

LOCATION

Apartment “Nida Home by Z-EDA” is in Vetrunges st. 3/ ex. Purvynes st. 51.

The Curonian Lagoon is just a couple of hundred meters away from the place.

Baltic sea – 1.9 km away when travelling on the nearest path.
