Two new (2021) holiday cottages - villas for rent in Šventoji
The holiday cottage - villa is the most comfortable for 3-4 people. 1 extra bed is available.
We rent all year round.
The villas are located in a quiet, convenient place - about 300 m to the center of Šventoji town, about 650 m to the sea beach.
For your comfortable stay in each villa:
- Spacious living room with kitchen and TV;
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, el. kettle, electric stove, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery;
- Dining table;
- Bedroom on the second floor;
- Shower, WC;
- Hair dryer;
- Iron and ironing board;
- Heating, air conditioning.
In the large enclosed yard:

- Gazebo, garden furniture, sun loungers, grill

Villa rental price:
- Summer – from 70 € per night;
- Low season – from 60 € per night;
- New Year – from 90 € per night;
- During the holidays (Christmas, Easter) – from 90 € per night;
- Long-term rental price – from 800 € per month (+ utilities), depending on the rental period.
