We kindly invite you to come and relax by the sea in Šventoji
Wooden cottages with two rooms, with separate private entrances and all amenities are located near the central part of the resort, Pievų takas, in a quiet, secluded area away from the hustle and bustle of the street.
- The cottages have all the amenities, outdoor furniture, barbecues.
- There is a trampoline in the territory.
- For the convenience of vacationers, there are quiet corners and terraces to sit at the table with friends or family.
- Free parking.
- The cottages can accommodate up to 4 people.
- The cottages have a shower, toilet, refrigerator, dishes, TV.
Distances:
- to the sea - 10 minutes on foot
- to the Šventoji stream 50 meters,
- to the "Old Šventoji Market" 2 minutes walk.
- to the "IKI" store, bus station, central Kopų street 3-5 minutes walk
Prices:
- Cottage prices - from 45 to 80 EUR per day, depending on the period and people.
Additional services:
- The rental price of a white bed linen set is 3 EUR. Vacationers can bring their own white bed linen.
- The rental price of a towel set is 2.50 EUR.
Reservation conditions:
- Cottages and apartments are reserved in advance. An advance payment for 1 day of rest is transferred in advance to the specified account.
- Upon arrival, the entire rest is paid immediately.
- Advance payment is made within 24 hours from the date of booking.
- The received payment will be confirmed by SMS if a phone number is specified.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- We are oriented towards a quiet family vacation. No rental for noisy companies and parties.
- Children under 1 year old are accepted free of charge.
- It is recommended to reserve as early as possible.
Arrival conditions:
- Holidaymakers are accepted and registered from 2:30 p.m.
- The full cost of the vacation is paid before settling in.
Departure conditions:
- Check-out and departure by 11 a.m.
- If the vacation period is shortened, the money is not refunded.
Additional information:
- All deductions are made in cash or by bank transfer (in euros), bank cards are not served
- The resort's quiet time is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
