We kindly invite you to visit the cottages near the sea on Pylimo Street.

We are located near the monkey bridge, which gives you quick access to the beach. We offer you two cats no. 4 and no. 6 with air conditioners. You can rest in the yard, cook your favorite meal in the grill or simply have fun in the evenings and enjoy the beautiful and cozy environment. Up to 6 people can stay in one cottage.

First floor:

  • Living room with kitchen (electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, all necessary dishes/tools);
  • Bathroom with shower cabin and toilet;
  • Double sofa-bed;
  • TV, air conditioner.

Second floor:

  • Double bed;
  • Two single beds;
  • Wardrobe;
  • TV, air conditioner (Only No. 6)

For your convenience:

  • Bed linen (included in the rental price);
  • Towels (for an additional fee/order when booking);
  • Iron, ironing board, hair dryer;
  • Washing machine (Only in cat no. 6)
  • Grill, skewers, grills (included in the rental price);
  • Terraces with outdoor furniture;
  • Parking lot in the closed yard (one space for each cat)
  • Closed territory;
  • There are swings and an outdoor table for children.

Important information:

  • Arrival of vacationers - from 15:00, departure - until 11:00;
  • The reservation of the cottage/cottages takes effect after the advance payment - 30% of the final rental amount. In case of non-arrival on the reserved days, the advance payment is not returned.
  • The remaining amount of money for the reserved cottage/cottages is paid on the first day of arrival for the entire booked period;
  • For those who leave earlier than the booked date on their own initiative, the money paid will not be returned;
  • Upon notification of a shortened rest period before arrival, a 50% payment is requested for each shortened day;
  • Please note that a deposit of €100 is charged by bank transfer, which will be returned to your account at the end of the stay if there is no damage.

Domestic rules of the cottages:

  • No smoking in Kotedjiuki (including electronic cigarettes, etc.)
  • We are not responsible for personal items left in the cottage or its territory;
  • Vacationers are responsible for material damage to the cottage/cottages;
  • It is forbidden to move furniture in Kotedjiuki;
  • Quiet time in the cottage/cottages and their territory from 11 p.m.;

NOTE: If more people arrive than agreed upon, if vacationers bring their pets without prior agreement with the hosts, or change the discussed vacation conditions, the hosts reserve the right to revise the pre-agreed prices or refuse accommodation. In order to avoid losses that may occur due to the inappropriate behavior of vacationers, the owners can ask for an advance payment of the damage compensation fee, which will be returned after the end of the stay if no damage is caused. For violations of the rules of the internal procedure, the customer may be deregistered without refund of the paid money.
