A cozy, studio-type holiday home for rent - surrounded by pine forests, in the very heart of Juodkrantė town, a little away from the main street, but only 100 meters from the Curonian Lagoon.
The home is located in a very quiet place, surrounded by nature, but just a few steps from the center of Juodkrantė, the seaside promenade, Witches' Hill, a sports field and children's playgrounds. You can reach the sea in 20 minutes by traveling along impressive old forest paths.
For your convenience, a spacious private courtyard, a safe environment for children, private parking, a wooden children's playhouse, a large terrace that protects from the sun and rain, outdoor furniture, a kamado barbecue, a bicycle lock-up stand.
We provide guests with basic hygiene products, bed linen and towels. In the home you will find all the necessary tools for cooking, a capsule coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a washing machine with a dryer. For a comfortable stay on hot days - air conditioning.
The house has a very good wi-fi connection, there is a TV with many popular TV channels, YouTube, etc.
On the ground floor there is a small but very comfortable kitchenette, sofa bed, wardrobe, toilet and shower room. On the second floor there is a comfortable double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers and a children's bed for younger children who wish to sleep in the parents' room.
Although our cozy holiday home looks quite small, everything is adapted for your comfortable stay, every detail has been thought out, every detail has been chosen with love.
Depending on the weather conditions, the yard is cleaned and the lawn is mowed every 4-7 days. An intermediate cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
We allow small, neat and friendly animals to stay on holiday (for an additional fee). However, we ask our guests not to leave animals unattended either in the house or in the yard.
