Cheap older wooden houses with partial amenities are located in the center of the town - in the Šventoji pine forest by the main path to the central beach, between the "Volungė" cafe and the Šventoji church. Only 3 minutes to the central beach
- The wooden house has two double rooms with a wide wooden outdoor terrace. The shared outdoor toilet is in a separate building (camping amenities).
- Each room has a refrigerator, beds, pillows and blankets. Tenants use their own bed linen, towels and personal hygiene products. We rent bed linen. Barbecue grills are available for free if desired.
- Cars are parked free of charge near each house or in a free parking lot.
- Optimal rental for employees for the whole summer. Cheap rental of houses in Šventoji, near the sea and surrounded by nature - a truly rational and optimal choice for those who do not spend money.

Apartments have large balconies, separate kitchen with stove and refrigerator, separate WC and shower.
In the apartment there can rest up to 3 adults ar 4 persons (it is 1 adult + 2(3) children or 2 adults + 1(2) children or 3 adults + 1 child or 3 adults without children)
There are pillows and blankets sets, necessaries utensils. Tenants use their own bed linens, towels and personal hygiene products. Barbecue on request.
