Holiday home POLITECHNIKA is located in a very quiet and nice area in the center of Palanga.
Just few minutes walk to the park.
There are 4 different villas where you can rent double, triple, quadruple rooms as well family rooms or apartments.
Resthouse can accommodate up to 250 people, so it is suitable for large groups.
There are few categories of buildings:
Main villa: people can stay all year round. There are different types of rooms: from cozy double rooms to family rooms and spacious apartments ( 10 double, 16 triple, 5 quadruple, 4 family, 3 apartarments). There are 117 sleeping places in the property. Guests can use shared kitchen or eat in the canteen on site. There are: lounges, banquet hall and library.
Masonry villa – three floor building with partial amenities. In all rooms there are: washbasins, sanitary rooms and shared fridges. Most of the rooms have balconies. In the property there is conference hall. There are space for 120 guests: 12 double, 16 triple and 12 quadruple rooms.
Wooden villa is two floor building in the middle of resort site. Villa is been updated every year and has nice homy feeling. Property accomodates 65 guests: 2 single, 17 double, 3 triple, 5 quadruple rooms. There are shared sanitary rooms on every floor and shared kitchen in other building.
Summer villa is one floor building, most liked by seniors. Lowest prices. Accomodates 54 guests: 4 double, 6 triple, 7 quadruple rooms. There is an enclosed terrace, table tennis and rest zone in the yard.
