3-room, 3-story cottage for rent in Nida, Purvynės street (2+2+2 also has a pull-out sofa where children or one adult can sleep).
The cottage is located near the Curonian Lagoon (~100 meters).

  • On the first floor: living room (20 sq m - 2 sleeping places). In the living room: Kitchen-dining room with all necessary equipment, TV, air conditioner, WC
  • On the second floor: Double bed, sofa-bed, WC, shower, sink, air conditioner.
  • On the third floor: bedroom. In the bedroom - a wide double bed, WC, air conditioner

We fully provide guests with bed linen and towels.
Parking is available next to the cottage.
Animal friendly.
Prices are negotiable.
When reserving the cottage in advance, a 30% advance is transferred to the cottage owner's account.
In the order, please indicate your name, time of rest and the address of the cottage - Purvynės 183
If the advance payment is not made within 2 days after the order is agreed, the order is cancelled.
In case of non-arrival or shortening of the rest period, the advance payment is not returned.
Payment in advance - by transfer to the tenant's account immediately before arrival or upon arrival in cash. If more people come to rest than agreed when accepting the order, the tenant of the apartment has the right to charge an additional fee.
The owner of the cottage has the right to claim compensation for the damages caused by vacationers.
During rest, please: do not move the furniture, inform the tenant of the apartment about damaged objects or appliances, use towels and bedding according to their intended purpose.
Guests' arrival time: from the booked day at 4:00 p.m., departure time - until 11:00 a.m.
