There are 5 sleeping places. Apartment is situated on the 2 floor of the building, in the central part of the town, near the forest.
In the apartment: two bedrooms, living room, kichen-diner, bathroom, WC, large balcony. 

In the living room(18 sq. m): leather furniture, coffee table, TV, sideboard. There is a large (12 sq. m) glazed balcony with a perfect view to lagoon, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise.

In the kichen: dishes, cutlery, , fridge, electric stove with oven, kettle.

In the bathroom (3,5 kv. m): bath, washbasin with cabinet, washing machine, wall cabinet with mirror. WC is located in separate room, near te bathroom.

There is free parking near the building. Near by you will find recreation area with outdoor furniture.

  • Not adapted for disabled.

Prices for rent/night:
3 rooms – up to 5 guests

Other months – 60 Eur, depends on number of guests.

Prices on holidays are the same as high season.
