Cozy, sunny, warm apartment furnished with ecological materials.
The apartment has a hallway, balcony, bedroom-living room, connected to the kitchen, separate toilet with a large shower cabin. The room has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed with a sleeping function, a wardrobe, a TV; the kitchen has all household appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher), dishes, a dining table. The bathroom has a washing machine, a hairdryer. On the balcony you will find a clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner. We provide bed linen and towels. The apartment has internet access. On warm days, the air conditioning installed in the apartment will refresh you.
There are bike racks in the spacious common stairwell. Strollers can also be stored.
The sea is a 20-minute walk away.
During the off-season, cars can be parked in the yard near the house, during the summer season we recommend parking cars in the parking lot at Taikos St. 39, Neringa.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Compact apartment for relaxation with a separate entrance and a small courtyard.
The apartment has a room connected to the kitchen, a separate toilet with a shower. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed with a sleeping function, a large wardrobe with a mirror, a TV; in the kitchen there are all household appliances (refrigerator, microwave, hob), dishes, a washing machine. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies are for your convenience. We provide bed linen and towels. In the cold season the apartment is heated with electric heaters.
Individual entrance: can store bicycles or other items. Convenient to stay with pets.
The courtyard has a wooden table with benches for morning coffee or a romantic evening.
