Cozy 2-room apartments with a separate entrance from the yard on the shore of the lagoon in the very center of Preila. Only 2 km from the Baltic Sea, 12 km from Nida. Apartments have separate entrances, kitchenette, shower, TV and internet.

There is a gazebo and an outdoor table in the yard, where you can sit in the evenings, cook barbecue and admire the view of the lagoon.

The parking lot next to the house is free.

It is preferred that tenants arrive without pets.

In the off-season - the price is negotiable.

Not far from the rented apartment there is a shop, a cafe, an outdoor fitness area, tennis courts, a children's playground with tables for playing chess or checkers, as well as a "Seaside pizza" restaurant. It is recommended to visit nearby markets where you can buy freshly smoked fish.
