The apartments with a terrace are located on the first floor of the building, with windows overlooking the nearby roaring sea.

The territory is fenced and beautifully landscaped. There is a parking lot with an automatic gate. We work all year round. To make it cozy, in the cold season the apartments have constant heating and hot water. It is convenient for people with children, seniors, and the disabled to spend time here.

The apartments have a spacious shower room. It has two washbasins, a large electrically heated coil, a toilet, and a washing machine. The shelves are stocked with clean towels of various sizes, washing powder, toilet paper, napkins, household chemicals, a hairdryer, and cosmetics, and there is enough space in the drawers for personal hygiene products.

One-room apartments are divided into three parts - a kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, a refrigerator, pots, a frying pan, dishes, necessary utensils, a coffee machine, and an electric teapot. There are cereals, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, various spices. So you can freely cook your own food. The bedroom has a comfortable wide bed and a large wardrobe for storing clothes. The living room has a TV, a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to three children. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Behind the terrace there are decorative grass areas, a flower garden, a small children's playground. So, parents can relax peacefully on the terrace, and children can play safely next to them. There is an opportunity to properly take care of your pet.
