Locals call this house Palvė, after the quiet plain between the dunes and the pines. We named our home TAIKA (Lithuanian for "peace") because that is what you'll find here: light, calm and lagoon air.
Picture your morning: coffee on your own terrace, pine-scented air, and the lagoon just a few minutes away. In the evening, take a walk along the lagoon shore and enjoy the kind of quiet no city can offer.
A bright studio for three in a newly built house in the very heart of Nida, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a 6 m² terrace with outdoor furniture. The sea is about 15 minutes' walk through the pine forest, and Parnidis Dune is 20 minutes away.
