"Pėdos smėly" cottage near the swimming pool in the "Čiki puki" quarter, Kunigiškės, for rent

A three-storey cottage (equipped in 2021) with a terrace and direct access to the heated swimming pool, accommodates 5 people (2 rooms with double beds and 1 single).
On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and WC, on the second floor - a bedroom and a walk-through room, on the third floor - a bedroom. The yard is planted with thujas.
One parking space. There is a playground in the yard, next to the cottage - a cafe "Purslai", a pizzeria "Kirvis ir malka", a grocery store KOOPs.
The apartment has all the necessary household appliances (teapot, refrigerator, hob, oven, washing machine and dishes), TV, 2 air conditioners (please note that there is also an air conditioner in the attic of the 3rd century), bed linen and towel sets.
Distance to the sea - about 600 meters.
The cottage is located in the Chiki Puki seaside complex, the entrance is between the bar "Purslai" and the KOOPs store, the parking space is on the right side right next to the entrance to the cottage.
Check in/out - contactless.
