A great place for those who want to take a break from the tourist hustle and bustle

Suitable for those looking for a quiet and quality vacation. Possibility for short-term rental or long-term - work from home,
Modern and comfortably furnished cottage - 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen in Šventoji, in a new quarter, the territory of which is fenced and monitored by video cameras.

The yard is large, private, fenced.

Regarding pets - we do not accept cats.

A common requirement with puppies is to negotiate, inform them in advance, and NEVER leave them alone upon arrival.

Cottage area 64 sq. m, AC in all 3 rooms, heated bathrooms, WC floors, large 38.7 sq. m covered terrace with furniture, 3.7 a green area.

From the seashore 12-15 minutes walk, about/up to 1 km. Not close, but there are other advantages:

a variety of beaches - with puppies, nudists, women's, and on this side there is a clean sea without grass.
cycling or walking along a simple path along the linden trees - for many this is an additional attraction
everything for children of all ages - 2 additional beds and a changing table can be added, beds for teenagers are provided, there are stair guards, mosquito nets, spacious wardrobes for each room, a pantry
bedding, towels, laundry and hygiene products
