- Two double beds and 1 single bed;
- Towels and bed linen are included in the price;

Catering:
- Possibility to cook your own meals in the apartment;
- Possibility to eat in the restaurant of the Elija complex (not included in the rental price).
In the yard:
- Parking for 1 place is included in the price. Terrace with outdoor furniture.

- Departure time until 11 h (possibility to adjust by phone without additional charge);
- The order is confirmed only after receiving the reservation fee of 30% of the total amount;
- Please transfer the reservation fee within 2 days after the agreement, the remaining amount of money is paid on the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer;
- No-show reservation fee is non-refundable;
- Pets are not allowed;
- No smoking inside the apartments;
