We invite you to spend your vacation by the sea!

Cozy apartments are waiting for you in Šventoji, in the Elijas complex.

For your convenience:

  • grocery store on the territory of the complex;
  • children's playground;
  • restaurant (breakfast available in the Elijas restaurant: buffet with sparkling wine (not included in the rental price));
  • nearby Ošupis bicycle path.

In the apartment:

  • Kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, and tools;
  • Shower and WC: you will find all the necessary supplies;
  • Wireless internet, TV;
  • Two double beds and 1 single bed;
  • Towels and bed linen are included in the price;
  • Ironing board, iron.

Catering:

  • Possibility to cook your own meals in the apartment;
  • Possibility to eat in the restaurant of the Elija complex (not included in the rental price).

In the yard:

  • Parking for 1 place is included in the price. Terrace with outdoor furniture.

Approximate distances:

  • To the sea about 300 meters;
  • To the town center about 800 meters;
  • To the Ošupis bicycle path about 100 meters (from Elija restaurant);
  • To the Beždžioni bridge about 2.1 km;
  • To the port of Šventoji about 1.3 km.

Regulations:

  • Arrival time from 15 h (possibility to adjust by phone);
  • Departure time until 11 h (possibility to adjust by phone without additional charge);
  • The order is confirmed only after receiving the reservation fee of 30% of the total amount;
  • Please transfer the reservation fee within 2 days after the agreement, the remaining amount of money is paid on the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer;
  • ​No-show reservation fee is non-refundable;
  • Pets are not allowed;
  • ​No smoking inside the apartments;
  • Not available for parties;
  • Minimum booking period 3 days;
  • Additional security measures: contactless check-in and check-out available;
  • Non-cash payment available.
