The apartments are located in the northern part of Nida, they are comfortably furnished apartments on two floors with three separate sleeping areas.

- SPA visit: open only during the season: jacuzzi, swimming pool, steam bath.
- 4 places in the recreation area are designed for spending time outdoors: grilling food, admiring the surrounding nature. (Grill, skewers, you will find them on site)
- Board games, mini library, tennis rackets with balls, yoga mat
- Tennis courts (pre-registration required, service is paid).
- 3 bicycles for adults and 1 child (5 - 7 years old). For an agreed price.
