Holiday apartments "Upė" (English: "River"), opened in 2014 - spacious apartments with all the amenities in Šventoji (part of the city Palanga on the shore of the Baltic sea)!

The apartments are situated in a quiet location on the bank of the river Šventoji. 400 meters to the main pedestrian street with lots of resort cafes, restaurants and entertainment possibilities, 600 meters to the perfect sandy beach of the Baltic sea.

Comfortable, spacious, newly built two-storey apartment with a separate entrance from the outside.

The ground floor of the apartment has a living room with kitchenette, dining table, TV and sofa bed.
The second floor of the apartment - bedroom with one double bed and two single beds and a wardrobe.

Each apartment comes with:

A separate entrance from the courtyard;
Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue;
TV;
Toilet and shower;
Kitchenette with sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator and kitchenware.
Equipped with electric radiators. You can adjust the temperature yourself.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The large private territory of the apart complex contains:

River pier (you can go fishing and swimming in the river);
