The building containing the apartments was completed in 2023. It is located in Girulių pine forest, just 300m from Antrosios Melnragė beach and 8 minutes by car from Klaipėda city center. The nearby beach has beach volleyball courts, bars are open and you can enjoy the pleasures of the sauna all year round. Also popular with local kitesurfers, this spot also has a nearby surf school. Bicycle paths have been built in Pušyne, which can be used to go all the way to Palanga or reach Neringa. The pine forest and the beach are perfect for your walk or sports activities.
