Apartment "Apartment In The Forest" with heated pool. Only 600 meters from the sea!
Apartment In The Forest is located in a quiet area surrounded by a forest, 600 meters from a fine sandy beach and golden dunes. For nature lovers - a wonderful pine forest. For lovers of active recreation, 350 meters away there is a bicycle path (which connects Nemirset - Palanga - Šventoji) and a 3 km jogging track "Labrytys" with fitness areas.
Cottage with three separate bedrooms - 55m2 (accommodation up to 6 guests):
on the first floor - a living room connected to a kitchen and a WC/shower room.
on the second floor - 2 rooms (a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed).
on the third floor - a bedroom with a double bed.
terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, a private courtyard and a barbecue area.
free parking for one car (the second 10€ per day).
heated shared pool and sun loungers during the season (05.15-09.15)
For a comfortable stay in the cottage you will find:
Air conditioning, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, TV, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, all household items, bedding, towels, toiletries. If you are traveling with small children - we will make sure that you find high chairs and bicycle seats (free of charge), a cot with a Dormeo mattress and bedding (for an additional fee).
It is possible to rent bicycles.

Minimum stay during the season – 3 days, during the off-season 2 days.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% advance payment is paid (if the reservation is canceled less than 4 weeks before the date of arrival - the advance payment is non-refundable). The remaining rental amount is paid on the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
Pillow fee 2€ (for children under 18 years of age the fee is not charged).
Upon arrival (in certain cases) a deposit of 100€ is requested, which is returned upon departure if the premises are left in a tidy and undamaged condition.
We have set the following rules for our guests:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are prohibited.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Villa Butterfly, Palanga
Villa Butterfly
10 minutes from the beach is Villa Butterfly. It is located in the well-maintained area "Čiki-Puki Pajūrys", on the territory of which you can use the heated swimming pool and sun loungers for free. The villa has a private courtyard and terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings and at the same time listen to the birds singing. In the evenings, all conditions are available for barbecue pleasures. There will also be activities for children: on the playground, on the swings or on the swings. For active recreation, 350m away - cycling and jogging trails. 100m away is the local store Koops, pizzeria "Kirvis ir malka", bar "Purslai" and bicycle rental.
Families with children, grandparents or a group of friends who want to relax comfortably in a villa with three separate bedrooms are welcome.

The villa is three-story (60m2).
We accommodate up to 6 guests (3 separate bedrooms, where mosquito nets will guarantee a peaceful night's rest).
Kitchen (all cooking utensils, oven, hob, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner) and lounge area (TV, sofa).
WC and shower (towels, toiletries, hairdryer).
Terrace, patio, outdoor barbecue and accessories.
Wireless internet.
Air conditioning.
Outdoor pool heated during the season (from May 15th to September 15th) and sun loungers.
Electric car charging station.
Intermediate room cleaning at the request of guests (45€).
One parking space is free (second 10€ per day).

Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. Free cancellation 28 days before arrival. If cancelled less than 28 days before arrival - the advance payment is non-refundable.

The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival.
Deposit 100€ (requested in individual cases, and returned on the day of departure if no damage has been caused).
