In the main heart of Preila village „Preila Studio“ apartament is waiting for tourists who like holiday in harmony with nature. 
We offer You:
•    Studio for 2-4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa-bed);
•    Wooden terrace with outdoor seating equipment;
•    Well equiped kitchen (cooker, electric kettle, mini fridge, coffee pot, cutlery and crockery);
•    Barbeque place in a common yard;
•    Wash basin, toilet and shower;
•    Bedding, towels;
•    Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack;
•    Wi-Fi
•    Free of charge parking place;
•    Sauna, jacuzzi for extra charge;
We ask You:
•    To save the environment and respect neighbors;
•    Sustainable usage of energy resources and safe use of assets located in the studio;
•    Do not smoke in a room;
•    To leave pets for your friends or relatives;

Reservation:
•    When booking the studio, 30% deposit should be paid by a bank transfer.
•    The rest amount should be paid by a bank transfer on an arrival day.
•    It is not possible to pay by a credit card.
•    Studio is rented for at least 3 days/ minimum for a 3 days.
•    Reservation is confirmed only after the deposit payment.
•    Reservation is revoked after 3 days if deposit is not paid.
