The windows and balcony of the apartment offer a wonderful view of the Curonian Lagoon, and the perennial maple tree growing in the yard will create a feeling of coziness and privacy. The windows of the apartment are oriented to the northeast, so even on the hottest summer day you will not be too hot, and in the morning you will be woken up in bed by the rays of the sun rising over the lagoon. Welcoming the morning on a sunny balcony while listening to the harmony of the waves of the lagoon, the rustling of trees and the sounds of birds is the most pleasant start to a vacation day!
The apartment is located in the very center of Preila, on the shore of the Curonian Lagoon. Preila is a wonderful fishing village that has preserved its authenticity. The settlement is connected to the neighboring Nida and Pervalka by a fun bicycle path. Nearby you will find a basketball and tennis court, outdoor exercise equipment, a children's playground, a pier popular with fishermen, a public library located in the old school building, and local fishermen's fish smokehouses. The sea is just 2 kilometers away, easily accessible by car or by a leisurely path through a pine forest. In the summer, several cafes, a shop and a bicycle rental point are open nearby.
