New apartments "Furfa" for rent in Kunigiškės, Vaivorykštės namai complex

Small (22 sq. m.), but very cozy apartments are designed for a quiet rest. Private terrace, parking space for a car. In the common area you will find a children's playground, swimming pool, sun loungers. For a small additional fee you can use bicycles and a gas grill by the pool. A 10-minute drive away is a wonderful coastal forest, the sea, a bicycle path to Palanga, Šventoji or even Klaipėda. Near the apartments you will find a fresh fish smokehouse, a shop. There is also a quarry nearby, where you will find Jam Park.

The apartments are equipped with a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment during your stay. Refrigerator, teapot, hob, steamer and dishes. In the bedroom area there is a double bed 160x200, in the living room area - a sofa/bed. On the terrace there is a dining table and a barbecue.
Apartments are NOT RENTABLE to noisy parties and minors. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Please coordinate the number of arriving persons in advance. Accommodation with pets is arranged by separate agreement, therefore it may be paid.

Additional information:

  • The reservation is confirmed after the advance payment: 30% of the amount, which must be transferred within 24 hours from the reservation. The remaining amount is transferred on the day of arrival. In case of no-show, the advance payment is not refundable.
  • The shortest stay is 2 days during the season.
  • For an adult, the "Pillow" fee (municipal tax) is 2 Eur/day.
  • One-time cleaning fee is 25,-
  • The rental price during the off-season (September 16 - May 15) is from 50 to 80 Eur/day. During the season (May 16 - September 15) - from 80 to 120 Eur/night.
  • Towels and bed linen for a separate fee, set price 10 Eur.
  • There is no possibility to place an extra bed or children's playpen.
  • Arrival time from 15:00, departure 12:00.
  • Quiet time 22:00 - 8:00.
  • We are sorry, but there is no Wi-Fi in the apartments.
