This is a closed block of newly built apartments. The area is beautifully landscaped, lit, always tidy, equipped with children's playgrounds, outdoor exercise equipment, free parking space.

We offer 2-rooms apartment with kitchen and terrace. The apartment has a separate entrance. Here you will find all the necessary household appliances: induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, air conditioner, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, shower accessories, high quality towels. For a restful sleep, we have provided comfortable mattresses and quality bedding.

You can enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the outdoor terrace. It faces south and is equipped with outdoor furniture.

If necessary, we can provide a storage room for your bicycles (pre-reservation is required).
