The apartment is newly furnished, bright, spacious and not heated by the sun. Located on the fifth floor, 32 sq.m. m. There are two elevators. The balcony faces the city, you can see the church.
300 meters to the sea. Nearby, there is a renewed bicycle path leading to the city of Palanga.
Studio apartment, everything in one space. There is a double bed for your comfortable rest and a pull-out sofa, a dining table with four soft chairs, a bunk bed, TV, WiFi, air conditioning. Parking is free, located 200 meters from the Elija complex.
