The apartments built in 2021 are located in the "Čiki Puki Pajūrys" houses block, Kunigiškės settlement, on the outskirts of Palanga.
It is an ideal place for those who love the sea and want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city—a wonderful pine forest for nature lovers. Tennis courts and "Labrytys" jogging track with fitness facilities nearby - for sports enthusiasts. For lovers of active recreation - 350 meters away-bike path that connects Nemirseta - Palanga - Šventoji. Each apartment has a spacious balcony. The apartments are located in a safe, enclosed area with parking spaces.
