GERMANTAS - it’s a guest house located in Sventoji resort at the Baltic sea (Mokyklos str. 48, Sventoji). Quadruple apartments with summer terraces - spacious (from 26 sqm.), soundproofed rooms, spacious summer terrace (TV, toilet, shower, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron). Apartment rental price inlcludes wireless internet (WI-FI). Apartment price depending on the season - 45-55 EUR / night.

Block - a two-bedroom apartment for up to 8 persons. (2 families can stay in the apartment): 14 sqm. rooms, private balcony (TV, toilet, shower, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, iron); Block rental price, depending on the season - 65-85 EUR / night.

GERMANTAS guesthouse regulations

  • Reservation is confirmed after an advance payment for 1 night by bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival (to book the an apartment in the advance, contact us by phone no. +370 652 24981 or e-mail  raimirina@gmail.com );
  • Bed linen is privided at a nominal fee; free of charge staying 10 night and more;
  • We can give you a child cot, folding bed for an adult - 10 EUR.
  • Although very love pets, please do not bring them;
  • Holiday home GERMANTAS (Mokyklos street 48, Šventoji) is oriented to family vacation;
  • Check-in time - from 14:00; check out time - till 11:30;
  • Rental price does not include Palanga municipality fee 1 EUR per night per person older than 18 years;
  • Additional guests are accepted only in agreement with the owners for an additional fee per night: a person under the age of 16 - 5 EUR / night., From the age of 16 - 10 EUR / night.
