Sunset Apartments is located in a quiet area of ​​Sventoji, in the modern Sventoji Gate Complex, 100 meters from the Baltic Sea.
This is a modern, spacious and bright 2-room apartment (51 sqm) with a balcony / terrace, located on the ground floor in 2021. In the fenced area you will find a children's playground, gazebos with tables, sun loungers, private parking. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

For your comfortable rest in the apartment you will find:

  • a double bed in the bedroom (160x200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm);
  • household appliances and kitchen utensils (hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, cooker hood, electric kettle, toaster);
  • washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer;
  • TV (about 200 channels), free Wi-Fi;
  • air conditioning in both rooms;
  • outdoor furniture on the spacious terrace / balcony;
  • private parking;
  • bed linen and towels;
  • manege for baby.

Internal rules:

  • maintain order and cleanliness;
  • it is forbidden to rebuild furniture;
  • the apartments are non-smoking;
  • holidaymakers are liable for material damage;
  • hours of rest from 10 pm to 7 am;
  • parties are not welcome;
  • we are not responsible for leftover items.
