Apartments "Pearl of Preila" are located in a new building (traditional Neringa architecture). 

The apartments are surrounded by a forest on one side and a Curonian lagoon on the other. The territory is fenced, with night lights. Here you will find a private car parking and bicycle storage. Most of the area is green, and the view of the lagoon from the terrace creates a feeling of tranquility and relaxation.

The sense of exclusivity is enhanced by the carefully restored house - a functioning first private hotel of Preila. It’s like living in a museum.

Despite the wooden, traditional facade decoration, wooden windows and shutters, the apartments are modern - with efficient heating and air conditioning system, finished with high quality materials. Solid oak flooring, countertops and sinks in marble, stairs made of hardwood. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday with family: from an induction hob to a dishwasher, from a fridge to a washing machine.

A nice little detail - parking spaces are provided next to the apartments.

The location of the apartments is very convenient: only 100m. to local restaurant, 200m. to grocery store and 300m. to the bus stop.

Nida - in 8km away. it’s easy to reach it by bike, bus or car, but it’s always nice to come back to the oasis of tranquility "Pearl of Preila".
