We present the brand new apartments "New Nida" (Penhouse) located in the new quarter of „Mariu vetrunges“ near the pine forest and the lagoon.

Spacious 70 sq.m., two-bedroom apartment with two balconies and a view of the pine tops. The 4+2 vacationers can comfortably stay here - a large family or a company of close friends.

The apartment has high-speed Telia Internet connection and TV, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, air conditioner, mosquito nets on the windows, toilet-bidet.

And it's all new.

The apartments are located on last 3 floor (see floor plan), you will be greeted by a kitchen area, a spacious living room with a dining table for 6-8 people. On cold evenings, you will gather for conversations around the fire place.

Adjacent - two separate bedrooms with a 160 cm wide bed, the other with a sofa - bed, as well as a spacious bathroom (shower cabin 95x110 cm).

In the salon, there is additional space for sleeping, where a comfortable double bed is extended.

From the salon you will enter the 11 sq.m. m. south balcony-terrace. A grill and comfortable furniture will await you on the terrace.

New Nida apartments have individual parking space. If you arrive with several cars, you can park other cars on Purvynės street near the apartments.

You can reach the Sea (1.8 km) in 20 minutes on foot along the pine forest paths, the center of Nida (1.8 km) in 20 minutes, the Curonian Lagoon or a fresh smoked fish shop or bicycle rental in just a few minutes.

We have spent the most beautiful evenings in this house and terrace. We have met and accompanied the sun. We walked through pine forests, dunes, the town of Nida with its authentic architecture.
