Baltu namai - a cozy and stylish holiday home in Monciškės, in a private quarter with a heated outdoor pool and sauna and a large children's playground.

When vacationing here, you can reach the seaside and the Baltic Dunes on foot (distance about 1 km.)

We are located in a private block of J7 houses, in the area you will find a heated swimming pool and a sauna, periodic events will be held during the season, which will be free for residents. Small residents will find a large playground where an animator will periodically play with the children. You will find a private parking space next to the apartment.

Up to 6 people can comfortably stay in our Balti apartments.

On the first floor:

  • The living room is connected to the kitchen, exit to the outdoor terrace.
  • Bathroom with a very spacious shower and toilet.
  • Utility room with washer and dryer.

On the second floor:

  • Two separate bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, office.

You will be able to feel the real flow of vacation at home, because we have taken care of everything:

  • The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and recuperation systems that will ensure a comfortable temperature and fresh air
  • Smart GO3 TV and free WiFi
  • Fully equipped kitchen for the most delicious dishes and cozy conversations (oven, hob, dishwasher, teapot, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, small kitchen appliances - mixers)
  • Spacious terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and grill area
  • The bathroom has a spacious shower and the essentials (hair dryer, towels)
  • Both on the first and second floor of the apartment, there are spacious wall-mounted wardrobes for storing things
  • For small residents, you will find a playpen with bedding and a highchair, sand toys
  • In one of the bedrooms you will also find a desk, if you decide to spend your "working days" here.
