Spacious and comfortable apartments on the shore of the Curonian Lagoon with a large terrace!
Apartment with a large south / east terrace and a courtyard with a view of the lagoon, green lawn and a wonderful long-lived maple tree!
Great location of the apartment - close to all main attractions between Nida and Juodkrantė, but far enough away from the crowd and hustle and bustle. The apartment is located on the shore of the lagoon, so in the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee and great views of the Curonian Lagoon directly from the spacious terrace. You can reach the Baltic Sea in 5 minutes. by car, 15 min. by bike or 25 min. on foot along a scenic path winding through the pine forest. It is a wonderful place for relaxation for families as well as for a romantic stay for couples.
The premises and the terrace are non-smoking!
About the apartments:
- 3 rooms on two floors and 20 sq.m. m. terrace overlooking the lagoon/courtyard
- On the second floor - a living room with a three-seat sofa-bed, a kitchen with a dining table, an entrance hall, a small WC and an entrance to the terrace.
- On the third floor - two bedrooms with double beds (one 160 cm wide, the other 140 cm wide), a bathroom with a shower.
- Sleeping places: 6 (2 double beds and a large sofa-bed)
- Kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, tools, pots
- Hygiene room: shower cabin, WC, hair dryer, towels
- Air conditioners and electric radiators
- Free parking space and common barbecue area in the yard
Reservation
- When reserving apartments, a 30% advance is paid by bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid by bank transfer on the day of arrival. Payment by cash or bank cards is not possible.
- From June 15 until September 01 apartments are rented for at least 4 days (unless a last minute offer applies).
- The reservation is confirmed only after the advance payment. After making a reservation but not paying for the reservation, it is canceled after 3 days.
